How to Use
Apply a small amount of massage oil or lotion to the skin for sliding cupping, or use dry for stationary cupping. Squeeze the cup to compress it, place on the skin and release ā suction will form automatically. For massage cupping, move the cup in long strokes along the muscle. Leave stationary for 5ā15 minutes. Remove by squeezing the sides to break the seal.
Care & Maintenance
Wash with warm soapy water after each use. Rinse thoroughly and air dry. Do not use abrasive cleaners. Can be sterilised with mild medical-grade disinfectant.
