How to Use

Apply therapeutic lubricant to the treatment area. Select the appropriate tool profile for the target area. Scan with light pressure to identify areas of increased tissue resistance (SSTD). Apply treatment strokes at 45–60° to the tissue direction with moderate pressure. Follow each session with appropriate stretching and rehabilitation exercise.
