How to Use

Select the appropriate cup size for the treatment area. Heat the inside of the cup briefly using a flame (fire cupping stick or forceps with cotton dipped in 70% isopropyl alcohol). Quickly invert and press onto the skin. Leave for 5–15 minutes. Remove by sliding or pressing the rim. Always follow fire cupping safety guidelines.
